thanks dear...but i used besan on my face once....and my friends notices that my skin darkened. so i dint touch besan after that.
yes i do use olive oil at times on my hand when i go to sleep and keep it on...but i want an alternative since its oily.....
can i use baby cream from J&J? will that do on my hands and feet?

I know how tough it is to get some time .. But Try to do it in weekends atleast and then u can try for alternate days..
Reg. Herbal bath powder how I make.. Will post later.. For now, use besan.(Assuming it suits u .. heard tht it doesnt suit for few)

Procedure -
1.Apply coconut/olive oil all over ur face,hands and legs.(Do this in weekends as time is constraint)
2.Mix 2-3 spoons of besan with milk/curd and few drops of honey (Squeeze in half lemon also)
3.Apply it on ur body and massage lightly.
4.Leave it for few mins(min. 5 mins)
5.Take water and remove it with light circular strokes.
6.Wash it off with luke warm water.

The above mentioned pack is really good and instead of milk we can also use Milk powder and can use kasthuri manjal along with this to remove the odour of Besan

thanks......................but am looking for a simple solution as i wont have time to apply pack on my hands too after applying on face... :-(

Any good quality oil based cream ( or moisturizer , bit thick ) can help u.. Nivea , J&J cream etc.. Apply on feet and massge for 2 - 3 mins... It will get abosorbed in ur skin . and wear socks while spleeing so that it will get absorbed in skin easily.

for dry skin, ayur's cocoa butter is the best choice...ull notice the difference almost immediately...try it during nights before goin to sleep daily...
