    B: 2 Choc-chip pancakes + trecle
    Sn: Tuna
    L: small grilled chicken burger and 1/2 small fries
    D: Tuna + cous cous

    Water: 1L
    Ex: 30 mins brisk walking

    Hi,
    Thank you for replying me. My details:
    WEIGHT :70 kgs
    HEIGHT: 5ft 4 inches
    Age:26
    I drink one glass of milk in the morning.
    Break fast will be general south indian types.
    Then 30 mins of walk.
    Lunch will be rice with one kind of dal with a fry/curry.
    Evening: i will be eating what kid leaves (noodles,biscuits, tempted with chocolates trying to stop it)
    Dinner rotis with dal/ curry.
    I use to eat lot of chocolates and cakes now I stoped it.
    Main thing is I will be sick for many days.
    I will roaming with my mischief kid all the day.

    Dear Priyanka,

    Try and make more changes to your diet reduce fried items to twice a week and increase the amount of vegerables you eat, increase the amount of protein ( dhal, milk, curd, nuts ) have one every meal. Stay away from noodles, biscuits and sweets - these provide no nutrition also with rice and rotis slowly reduce your amount.
    Regarding your walking - do some stretches before and after it will help with the pain, but try to walk everyday and soon after you won't experience any pain. Best of Luck :)

    B: 3 Choc chip pancakes ( finally finished the batter - won't be eating it for a while)
    L: 15 pieces of sushi ( sushi sale - i tried to eat all the non fried fillings)
    D: Brownies + caramel popcorn ( oops)
    Sn: Green Tea Latte

    Ex: 1 hr walking

    Snack: Chobani yogurt (mango)
    L: Steamed veggies + spices + lemon juice
    D: Grilled chicken burger + small chips + small coke
    Sn: 100g of popcorn ( low salt)

    W: 500ml
    Ex: 45 min walking

    Hi,
    sorry couldn't post from home during weekend.
    My diet on 09/09/2012:
    Morning 6 AM: a glass of milk
    9.30 AM: 2 glasses of rice kanji(porridge type)
    12.30 PM: lunch (went to granny's house and it was a feast, so no restrictions there ;) )
    5-6 PM: fistful of banana chips
    8 PM: 2 chappathis with kurma

    All day there were sweet items. couldn't avoid them. :(
