    morning
    wheat sevai
    murukku

    lunch
    rice with gongura thuvayal and sambar
    siru keerai ...green leafs

    evening
    pappaya fruit

    dinner
    wheat dosa 1 and little rice(could'nt avoid)
    green tea 1 glass

    5.50 am. Wake up
    6 am. 1 glass water
    6.15 am. Coffee
    8.30 am. Oats
    10.30 am. 1 egg omelette
    12.30 pm. 1 Chappathi with tomato gravy and brinjal fry
    3 pm. Mixed nuts
    5 pm. Tea
    6.45 pm. 2 phulka with tomato gravy
    8.30 pm. Boost

    45 minutes brisk walk

    I would also like to join..

    I would like to post some suggestions:-

    Pasta (spaghatti & Macronis) are considered to be healthy. So if you cook them in pomace olive oil I think that is going to be a really good diet food.

    Also take green or black tea with lemon in the early morning.

    Drink one glass of water in each hour.

    take 25 crunches and 10 push ups.

    spend 13 minutes daily on orbitrack.

    Avoid all sort of fried snacks instead shift into peanut bars or nuts for snacking.

    Keep all salad veggies cut in the friedge to quinch your snacking desire.

    Will post my day diet plan by evening :)!!

    I know I am late in updating my routine.. as for the first three days (s ep 1,2, 3) i didnt do any thing.

    sep 4th updates :

    Breakfast : 2 Onion dosa
    Mid day - 1 cup Tea
    Pre-lunch -- Had pani puri (need to avoid this, as it became a habit for me :()
    Lunch - 1 chapati with bhindi fry
    Evening - 1 apple
    Dineer - I Had Lemon Rice (I know i have to avoid rice at night)

    1 hour walk in the park

    5/sep
    Morning - 2 onion dosa
    Mid-day - 1 cup tea + 2 Mc vites biscuits
    Lunch - 1 chapati + lauki sabzi
    Evening - 1 apple
    Dinner - 4 idles + peanut chutney

    No walking
    6/9
    Breakfast - 4 idlies
    Pre Lunch - 1 cucumber + 1 carrot
    Lunch - 1 multigrain roti + dal
    Evening - 1 apple
    Dinner - 1 chapati + dal

    1 hour walk

    1. how many badam to be soaked for eating in the morning for weight loss.do u peel the skin before eating it.do u soak in hot water?
    2.what is air cycling ?any instructional videos?
