    Dear Chithramma,
Made Uppadam today.Loved the flavour of methi:thumbsup. As I'm running low on sambar podi , made this.Very easy and tasty.
Last week again made Semiya Bahalabath. I came back from work tired & had to go out again. It took me hardly 10 min to rustle up, kept it in the fridge & came back after few hours for a absolutely yummy dinner.DH just loved it, Thank you so much.
    Love,
    Damini.

    Dear Chithra madam,

I made the Moong dhal Chakli for Gokulastami and it came out very good. It was very tasty and crunchy. Every one liked it at home.

Thank you very much for the recipe.

    Regards,
    Shree

    Dear Ma'm:

I tried masala mochai today. Here is what happened. We get frozen baby lima beans in US. I used that for the dish. After i added besan, all the masala got clung to the mochai, but the masala did not seep in and it was plain..

So added some more water, with the hopes that when it evaporates all the masala will soak in nicely.. But it became a mess.. Where did i go wrong, or is that how masala mochai supposed to be?
