I was on fertility treatment as I have PCOS.My doc told me about the best fertile days and I used it on those days only.It comes with few applicators,which has marking on them.You can check for yourself your required quantity.Usually very little is enough.You will get how to use instructions with the tube.I ordered 40 gm tube.Have used it 5 times and still about 6 times applications are remaining.
