Loved the narration! You have a generous husband who suggests buying things in flight. Mine just says "u know, I dont understand which female would be so foolish to buy things in flight when you can get two for the same cost when you're down!" And I have to play along acting smart and not buying things!!! But it is high time I make him pay for his words and buy two when we land!!

Smriti, High time you make him pay for his words.

One of my friends swears that those products are cheaper at least by 30-40% in the the air and Duty free shops (DFS) than the shops in a country.

One advantage I see in DFS is we get those travel exclusive bottles that are tiny (for travel) and hence easy on the purse.

This is my first cosmetic purchase though. I have bought their fancy colourful watches and miniature perfumes before.
