    today 40 minutes treadmill and 15 minutes yoga.........i'll update my diet later......

    empty stomach 1 ltr water
    bf chai/bis 2 moongdal dosa+chutney
    mid day
    1 ltrwater
    lunch
    2chappatis+curry+fat free cottage cheese
    even
    1 ltr water
    fat free milk with cereal (half a bowl)
    1 ltr water
    dinner
    not yet decided am going to frnds bir party) i make sure to eat very little they going to server

    no exercise due to perioxxx
    water intake 4 ltrs
    getting ready for tommorow with full charge for exercise.

    hi every one

    I could not update from past two days so i am here with my updates

    2/8/12
    No exercise ;( no walk
    morning lime+honey
    breakfast 4 idlies + peanut chutney
    mid day -1 toast + green tea
    lunch - 2 chapati+dal
    evening- had a mango
    dinner - 1 chapati

    3/8/12
    morning honey+lemon
    30 min of walk
    break fast - 1 dosa
    mid day - 1 cup green tea
    lunch - had again 2 dosa
    evening - had roasted chana
    45 min of walking
    dinner - 1 chapati

    I have increased my intake of water. Hope i continue with my walking and control on my diet
    I will update today's by EOD

    Breakfast - tea, kadhi-chawal (1bowl) , 1 handful snacks
    snacks - 1 apple, 2 pears
    mid- morning - horlicks lite , 2 hot water
    lunch - tea ,kashi-chawal
    dinner - brown rice & mixed daal -1 bowl , chicken soup
    late night - coffee , handful of snacks

    workout - 1.5hr

    August 3 update:-
    Did elliptical for 20 minutes, treadmill for 25 minutes and stretching exercise for 10 minutes. Evening went for 3 miles walking.
    Diet:-
    Morning had a cup of oval tine, lunch had 4 chapathis with paneer bhurji, evening a cup of tea and night 3 bread. In between had 2 litres water.

    tomorrow being Sunday,many of us will stray away from the normal-healthy version of our diet and go out have heavy/unhealthy food.
    Here is a challenge :

    Let us see how many can try and make a healthy sunday,can you incorporate some healthy items in your tomorrow's meals?or atleast 1 meal if not all?

    yesterday updates
    evening 1.5 hours shettlecock
    diet:
    Morning:hazelnut coffe and whole meal biscuits
    Afternoon:wheat noodles
    evening:chamomile herbal tea
    night:garlic broccali and grapes
    drank plenty of hot water before going to bed.........
