Sunday commitment of SELF-CONTROL

    ~~~~My Sunday routine:

    bf - no proper bf.. Just 1 cup cofee
    lunch - roti, little rasam rice & curd rice with cabbage
    dinner - banana milkshake

    My Sunday Diet :

    water - 6 hot water
    walk -30min

    morning - healthy snacks,tea
    breakfast - 1 bowl oats, 1 cucumber
    snacks - 1 pomegranate
    lunch.... - 2 brown bread toast (paneer,capsicum,sweetcorn) , tea
    snacks - 1 toast
    ............... - half papaya , 1 pear
    evening - horlicks lite

    breakfast - 1 aalu parantha , tea
    snack - 1 pear
    lunch - large pizza
    evening - tea
    dinner - 1 bowl sweet yogurt , 1 mango

    Hey..Can I join you guys from this week. I want to loose 5 kgs. Thought weight is not a big concern, I just want to eat healthy.

    I always want to eat healthy breakfast and very light dinner but end up doing it in reverse.

    From today..I will share what I am eating..I hope this will make me realize how bad I am eating.

    So Far ..

    7:30 AM Cup of Tea
    8:30 AM Crackers with peanut butter
    9:30 AM half cup black coffee

    now going to break room for lunch..got quinoa with veggie curry and curd.

    This weekend really went bad with my eating. I went to my cousins place and ate white rice for lunch and dinner on saterday. Ate white rice for lunch on Sunday.
    After coming back home I was able cook brown rice..so had brown rice for Sunday's dinner. At least I was able to eat healthy for dinner on Sunday.

    Monday, that is today after my Yoga class, had a glass of coconut water around 6:30 AM.
    2 crackers with peanut butter around 8:00 AM
    1 Mango and a tsp peanut butter + 1 cup green tea around 9:00AM
