My Slow and Steady weight loss Updates

    SGA,
    well done for your efforts.its really good to see how much you did...
    I have strongly started believing when i read in a lot of articles that WEIGHTLOSS IS 90% diet and only 10% exercise.I also lost most of my weight while being on GM diet-only in 7 days that was 2.5kg.and im starting somewhat similar diet again,in a bit relaxed manner but ith fruits-veg making most part of my day.
    let us focus more on the diet instead of exercise,although im sure you must have lost in inches somewhre or the other after so much exercise.

    ya i did reduce but jus 1cm from each part so by looks it dont make much difference ... i badly want to reduce my tummy

    Exercise ::walk (30 min) + LS for ABS walk (2 mile)

    Food:
    bf::: decoction of tulsi and ginger +2 roti and gravy
    snacks:: green tea + grapes (2 )
    lunch : 1 cup cooked brown rice + karella fry ( 1 piece)+ gravy+ raw veg salad
    2: green tea
    5:batata fav
    7:30 :: soup
    apple
    water :: 6 glass hot water

    5:shev( 1 plate )
    6:30 :: soup
    7:30 :: brown rice + mushroom gravy + karella seeds fry + val bhaji

    Exercise ::Walk (30 min)+ LS ( 2 miles) + walk after dinner ( 50 min)

    Food:
    bf::: decoction of tulsi and ginger +2 roti and gravy
    green tea + crackers biscuit
    lunch : 1 apple
    2: green tea
    5:shev( 2tsp )+ chickpea ( boiled)
    7:30 :: brown rice pulav ( with oats , beans, cabbage , carrot , corn)

    water :: 6 glass hot water

    well not so great but today im starting again with fruits,veg-raw.
    im in a celebration mood as on rakhi i saw i had lost about 2-3inch on my upper body.my new suit (stiched just 1 month back) was so lose...then i tried more of my old clothes especially ones i havent worn in sometime and i was amazed.many of the tight ones were fitting just fine.
    usually im in jeans and top so i thought may be cos the top is stretchable,its become lose but after i made the suit-salwar lose i was convinced i have lost inches. :)
