how to get rid of the double chin

    My grandmother used to say....never keep a high pillow while sleeping. a soft and flat pillow helps to maintain proper posture while sleeping and this helps to keep away double chin

    Hi Vasu,

    One of my friends told me about this excerise to reduce double chin...

    1. Move neck left to right in slow motion repitions, intially ten times.
    2. From Back to front initially ten times then can increase it to 20 times

    It helps her a lot.... good luck

    Wide open your mouth and while it is open, tilt your neck backwards. This will reduce double chin, also try sleeping without a pillow or with a cotton saree underneath, a month you wont find the double chin!!

    you have to do some exercise for this.
    rotate your head 5 times closkwise direction.and 5 times in anticlockwisedirection.your chin must touch your body(chest) when you do this.
    initially it would be a bit difficult, but do it.
    then slowly increase it to 10 times.
    also strech your neck backwards, so that you feel some pain in your neck,and come front , and touch your chest with chin.this too begin with 5 times a day, increase the count to 10.
    try to turn your head to left and right side, 5 times to begin with, improve to 10 times.
    I hope I have written it correctly and you are able to follow.

    I will definitely start following them .

    However i have a few question

    Is there a specific time for doing these excercises

    Do they need to be done before eating food /on an empty stomach or Can it be done after eating food.

    I will definitely share the results with you resmij dear

    how are you doing? . i hope you have started doing some of the exrcises i mentioned earlier. you can do it any time i think. nothing like on mpty stomach or before food. you can do it in office as well.i used to do it when i went out for a walk in the near by park. i walk, after walk sit down to relax and do the neck exercise.you can try the same may be
