Safe exercises that can be done in second trimester

    Hi all,
    Are there any exercises to tone and strengthen arms,hands and legs.and which are safe to practice.
    I walk a lot but I need to tone my arms.I can't go for a brisk walk
    So plz help.

    Your second trimester can be an ideal time to engage in pregnancy fitness as long as you opt for exercises that are safe for you and your developing baby.
    Mild Yoga excersies
    Water aerobics exercises
    Moderate-intensity cardio workouts, including walking ..are recommended.

    BUT
    Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program during pregnancy.
