    Hi Sharadha,

    In Pallikaranai just confirmed the place whether it is interior or main place. if it is interior confirm about water facility. Rent for 2 BHK Rs. 3000 - Rs. 3500.00 is ok.
    If it is in main road apartments are there. In that area definately they ask Rs. 5000.00
    This is my guess.

    I am looking for a 1/2 BHK independant house/ground floor flat for rent in Adyar, velachery, guindy, adambakkam, tiruvanmiyur area.

    Rent - 3.5 to 8 K based on 1/2 bedrooms

    Buying a flat in chennai

    I want 2 buy a 2BHK flat around 25K-30K under city limits.New ,underconstruction or resale(0-5 yr old) is also ok.Plz :help if any :idea.
