@vidukarth I am overweight! Yes...I snack on fried items and other junk foods too. Losing weight is an ongoing battle. What you are seeing is a period of being conscious!
hmm.. that is always there.. me too, determined not to eat any junk, but once I start, I just can't stop.. this week we have not bought any junk at home, so once we get back home from office, it is so boring to eat fruits though , but I try to drink coffee, so that it will not tempt me for more junk food..
@vidukarth Anything that is super tasty is not healthy *sigh* Sometimes I feel like I am a sanyasi just snacking on fruits! I dont drink coffee or tea. I drink only milk. So the sanyasi feeling increases even more!
yeah, true.. anything tasty has lots of sugars and fats.. about coffee and tea - you don't like them or stopped drinking for some reason?
you can try dates burfi. just melt the dates in 2 spoons of ghee and make small rolls. tastes absolutely yummy !
