Another easy pasta recipe is pesto pasta. You can use store bought pesto or homemade (cilantro, basil, mint, arugula etc). Add the pesto to the cooked pasta and mix well, garnish with some parmesan cheese and you are done. You can also make a creamy version of this, cook together some pesto and cream and add chopped tomato and pasta. I have a classic pasta recipe on which I base a lot of my pasta dishes

    1)Pasta
2)Protein (meat, seafood or veggies of your choice,I prefer mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus etc)
3)Liquid to deglaze (white wine or stock)
    3)Finely minced garlic
    4)Olive oil
    5) Cheese if desired (parmesan or similar)
    6)Salt and pepper

While cooking the pasta, heat some olive oil and saute the garlic until it smells fragrant cook your protein and when all the liquid evaporates deglaze your pan with white wine or stock. (you can take your protein out and add it after the deglazing if you want them to be really crispy). Add the cooked pasta and season with salt, pepper or chilli flakes. Add the cheese if using.
