What is the name of this Hairstyle?

    I had the same hairstyle few years back and have no idea what it is now,I tried telling the ladies at the parlor to do Layer cut but it looks different from the pictures here,I exactly had the same one.Can you help me on this? At least can you suggest what to tell the hair stylist to do,I mean like flip in/flip out?Anything will be helpful,.Is this a basic Deep 'U' cut?I think the beauty lies only in the bottom part of the hair?How do you tell to do this?Please need your help.

    This does look like layered cut to me...I think you can ask the hair stylist to flip in the crown hairs and flip out the back hairs.

    I will ask them,my confidence level is a bit low without this haircut,I look best in this,probably I can show them the photo :)
