Hello friends, we lived in Delhi few years before and we bought a car (Wagon-R Lxi , 2004 model) there. but my husband got transfer unexpectedly in 6 months and we had to take the car to Tamilnadu. we left the car with our sister family and they are using now. the rules have been made strict now to drive other state registration cars in Tamilnadu . so we want to sell the car or change the registration ASAP. can you please help giving the details for the following queries? 1. How to get NOC from Delhi RTO? we dont have any known person there now and we need some broker for this. 2. is is possible to get broker to get NOC? how expensive it can be? 3. can we sell the car without changing the registration in Tamilnadu? will anybody buy? any help will be appreciated. thanks.
I think you must talk to a car dealer in Delhi over this. He will give you all the information about this.
