One day trip

Reg, going to bushkills taking infants & toddlers are difficult..
You should either carry baby in hands or you should tie them over neck.. Taking them in stroller is chanceless idea..

Any way you people decide & come to a solution..

There are red, blue, green path way to reach falls.. red is very tough route.. taking kids is difficult.. becoz pathways will be narrow, zig zag..

I am here againwith wonderful one day trip near Newyork...

As most of us know famous one day trip combination in Philly singeri ,bushkills and ashram wonderful places, this places also we can combine and enjoy it as one day trip...

I have visited last week...Pomono temple Sri Ranganatha Temple, Lake welch beach, Bear mountains.

If you start little around 8.30-9.00a.m...you can sure complete all 3 places in relax.

Wonderful and peaceful environment, no money for archanai&sall ...very traditional way...and you got free lunch and dinner too..if you wish you can donate some money.

We went around 12.30p.m..did our poojai and went to lunch around 1.30p.m we had hot sweet.pongal,vanpongal, sambarrice and curd rice...

Completely enjoyed it.

From there you got a wonderful and fun place called Lake Welch beach...no waves..its so good for long walk and kids can enjoy in water...but be sure to reach before 4p.m,they close most of the beach and lakes around 4p.m.

Its takes some around 15mts-20mts frm temple to this beach.

Again from this beach, some 10-15mts drive you got bear mountains...nice and scenaric view...we can sit and enjoy the view for long time...but be careful with kids...keep an eye on them..

I have visited Pomona temple many no of times. The path way to this temple will be awesome right(forest part view like).. Once, went to bear mountains. But never visited that beach.. where is it? near by mountain?

Yes its in between temple and mountain..just15-20mts frm temple....

I was wondering if its a good place to visit, can it be covered in one day.

Bear Mountains is nice and scenaric place....you can relax and have a view..nothing very special...but it will be relaxing to sit onthe rock and watch the top view...many sit as a couple or family and enjoy the view...but need to have an eye on kids...
