Kanya/Kalyana and Padi Kolams..Share yours :-)

thanks a lot searchingmyself for your likes and feedback...
you know what,i have thought about the top angle pic many times and infact wanted to take one for this kolam...but we had pandhal(decoration) for our houseowner;s60 am kalyanam and we are in the ground floor..so couldnt take a full pic...i am always a little hesitant(infact feel embarassed) to go and take a snap from their house's balcony (fearing they would make fun ;-))
will try to do when i draw a big one next time

thanks kotravai..actually that day i dint have the patience to draw as i drew in the night after returning from office and also running behind my LO...infact if you look closely,perfect symmetry would be missing..but somehow managed :-D

Hello Ladies :hiya

my next creation

I liked this simple kolam a lot as it was a perfect combination of kavi and kolam powder...there are equal lines of both kavi and kolam powder...between 2 kolam powder line is painted a line of kavi...but its not that much visible after i took the snap...not sure why :bonk
but even after 2 days,the kavi from floor dint vanish and one could perfectly spot the kolam pattern with the kavi ..it was a really cute pattern
