Breast shape - Loose ..Please do suggest

    Hi freinds,

    I just got married 1 year back.I have a problem, which i could feel you can help me out on this.

    Iam slim.My breasts are loose before marriage only.not in shape you can say exactly.I never concentrated on that before, now iam feeling bad and felt breasts are not in shape after my husband complained about this.Request you to help me to come out of this situation.

    Please do help me on this.

    Kepp your husband's expectations right and start learning to live with what you have

    I think this would help u......

    1. wear ur *** when u sleep.

    2. Apply castrol oil in upward direction & give a light massage for the exact shape before taking bath.

    3. try doing it atleast for 1 month.

    You can try massaging your breast in upward direction. Check with ayurvedic dr if you know any since there is an oil which will help firming the breast if applied and massaged.

    Warm olive oil massage firms your skin and gives shape to your breasts.

    Massage direction should start from the bottom of the breast upwards. Another direction would be from the sides towards the centre of the chest. This will result in round shape.

    Massages take time to show results. But be patient and you will see good results.

    There is little that can be done without surgery. However, try wall press for building up pectoral muscles.
