You can also add rice powder instead of wheat flour...Also add some grated carrots..To keep it healthy you can omit the soda...Its tastier too...

I do the same way ,I also add cummin seeds --little rice flour ,multe grain wheat flour ,a little upma sooji,dosas come out very good--thin and crispy --dont add soda .try this method also .Let me know shyamala
