If glass vessels are Ok for you to use, you could try them instead of plastic. I have seen many plastic containers reacting to the M/w cooking.. that is they get dis-colored / dis-figured inside. Now a days, I use glass bowls only.
totally agree with JustMyself .. plastic vessels may not always be ideal for mw cooking.. use glass instead.... slightly difficult to use ... you gotta be more careful while using it.. but thats the best bet..
