    Dear Fabulous Chitra,

I tried a few of your recipes and they are no oil oats dosai. Usually my family dislikes oats but little did they know that I camouflaged it in dosaimavu. The verdict they had no clue and relished it till the end. To go with it I made NT sambar.
Tried Jain Gobi peas pulav. I also added corn kernels and they looked colorful and tasty. To go with it made PB raita.
Maratti rasam-You know how much we love rasam. Very aromatic and soothing on cold wintry days.Wonder how this got its name.
Thanks for sharing all these recipes tirelessly.
    Love,

    Dear Radhanjana,
Wondering why I address you this way? Old ILites knew who Radha is! New ones may wonder why I am addressing a Radha who has not sent a post at all !!
Well, I am glad you are getting back :tongueto the FB routine, slowly !
My latest craze is green chillies rasam - literally a child's play !
I will post capsicum raitha specially for you !!:drool

    Dear Chithra
Yesterday I again made caramel payasam. This time I did not cook in the cooker itself. so color was not as bright as before but taste was great. Also the smell so very sweet. Also made puri and potato masala. so good. Thanks for giving me the confidence with sweet items.

    Dear AC,
    Thanks.
I am right now making Caramel payasam & rasa (black ulundu)vadai for Thai Friday - naivedyam !:bowdown

The colour comes better only with a pressure cooker though the taste comes anyway.
Remember, unless you try sweets, you will not gain confidence.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chithra,
made chinese fried rice today for lunch box and lunch, with less oil. Steamed the veg in the MW. Planning to make a raw salad with sprouts too for myself.
One good news is, Reliance Fresh has opened up in Ambattur and has made the dieting a little easier.
I seem to have some luck, what with your diet recipes and Reliance at the right time.
Planning to make some different recipes from your khazana this week end.
