    Ladies,
    again a setback in my workout schedule as my DD is sick..clinging on to me and my schedule is topsy turvy now..
    am missing my routine very badly..hopefully i'll be consistent when iam back..

    Rmpriya, Priya16, I am so tempted to do body sculpt, extreme shred n so on.Wish I could raise my resistance level.
    I was hoping to finish 30 day and move on to BFBM first.But looking at the way things are moving, I wish I can atleast finish 30 day first..

    Loonypooh, welcome to the forum. First day after 30 day, you will be sore all over. do something light tomorrow and get back to schedule soon..ur body will start adapting..And 30 day shred is awesome for mommy tummy..Though i've been doing it on and off, I see so many visible changes.
