Dear Damini, never aim at the "pro-look" for your dishes!! Being a perfect home cook is more important!!
Laxmi tells me that the cream powder available in sachets in Walltax road gives very good whipped cream. May be you can try that too.
I am very happy you are making use of all the frozen gravies.
The gelatin I got is not branded & has no list as well.We have to use it & learn by trial & error! Perhaps you bought it in B'lore?? It is not avaiable in Nilgiris.
    Thanks for te FBs!~

I have Philips & Shanvy has Prestige. So, I know they are both good! There are so many brands, but I have no idea about how efficient they are.

    Dear Chitvish,

Wish you a very happy, healthy & prosperous New Year. We welcomed the new year with fruit kesari & vadai from your treasure trove & enjoyed both dishes immensely.

Today it was easy appam & Ishtu for breakfast. It was a made for each other combo & my little one liked it very much.

Thank you for all the wonderful recipes.

    Love & Regards,
    Kate.
