Plant nurseries in Chennai!!

Hi Ooviya...if unsucessful with Greenplants...then i would suggest you to drive down ECR, Prathana nursery the same campus as Prathna Drive in theatres where you can find a lot of varities and i can vouch they are cheaper than anyother nurseries in chennai...
well fyi ECR alone has more than 120 nurseries.. Prathana sells saplings form the cost of Rs. 10 and so on...when u are ready to spend Rs.25..am sure you could save more and spend little on the transport.

 

HI all,
Can anybody name nurseries in and around vadapalani, virugambakkam or even t.nagar area? I would like to have different colored flowering plants.

Is there any government nurseries or any agricultural department where we can buy plants in chennai.

 

the government run horticulture department at anna nagar, seeds department at ekkaduthangal..google for the same..

 

there is another nursery, that has lot of plants at the junction of the new mrts line at vanuvampet on medavakkam high road.

 

Can anybody tell me which nursery in Chennai sells marikozhundu plant. Its for my mum who is asking for this particular plant. Please help

 

Can anyone help me as where i can get snake plant or Sansevieria? it is an indoor plant.
