Gold for jewelry

    Hi All,
    I wanted to get some gold jewelry done in India and somehow thought I could buy 24k gold coins here in the US and carry them to India. Good I didnt invest too much on those. But what would be your suggestion about best way to buy gold jewelry - go to India and buy or get them done there or buy them here in US since carrying gold coins no longer seems an option?

    Better ask your mom or someone else to buy gold coins in India now and when you go for a vacation, buy the gold jewelry in your desired shop and exchange those coins instead of paying cash.They buy gold coins for the current market value.So you need not worry about the hike of gold prices in future.
