    Hi Girls,

    Dp any of you have a good link for Surya Namaskar; with instructions for breathing. I'm looking for a do along kind of video, found loads of them in youtube but nothing good.

    Its been ages I did yoga, so dont want to get it worng.

    Hope you remember the steps.. Just wanna give a tip.
    In any exercise, the first step is to exhale. So in surya namaskar, when you do the first step exhale. second step inhale, third step exhale and this goes on..

    I didnt workout today :(..... felt lazy being friday.... In fact I woke up at 6am itself but was just cuddling with my pillow till 7am... Hope in the evening I do some workout

    In any yoga you inhale when stretching and exhale when compressing

    Hi friends, did thirty minutes of cycling and fifteen minutes of floor exercises... already have controlled my diet... I am taking only one fist of rice for a day from past two days...

    Did workouts and zumba all together for 50 minutes.

    Yesterday night due to inevitable situation I had my dinner around 9 pm and that too 4 chapatis with chicken tikka masala and also ate two hand full of fresh groundnuts(the shelled ones) and also a some kurkure.

    I gave excuse to myself for eating all these.I should strictly stop all these nonsense.
