Reached Hyd last evening. M was behind me to make some goodies for Diwali as he finished 75% of what my MIL prepared. I made traditional Thiratipal and Maida Biscuits. Thiratipal came out sooooooooo well, MIL matched it with Aavin We enjoyed it. As Vidu mentioned I kept on talking about you to M. Perfection every where at home from Doorstep, living room and Kitchen. WOW, ennum kannukulaiye erruku. I will definitely make more visits to your place. I have made some note of points from your Kitchen will implement it in my next Kitchen

Yesterday I made jalebi. Though i tried it for the first time ...it came out well. One mistake i did was that I did not have a look at SBS photos of it. So first day i mixed the dough to the chapathi dough consistency. Yesterday when i mixed it with Besan and hot ghee and tried to make a smooth batter..it was not very smooth initially..but later on it became smooth. I shall post the photo of my jalebi ....:thumbsup

Thanks for posting Milk Cake specially for me. Next month I'll be visiting my sister & SIL. So scheduled to make the new sweet for that visit, besides It looks easier to carry as well.Boondhi Laddoo is also in that list.
Yesterday made Angel Burfi, Gulab Jamoon with Khoa, Mixture & Ashoka. Looks like Angel Burfi will become our family sweet.Gulab Jamoon was so easy to make , it has retained its form & soaked perfectly. Ashoka is also very tasty . Potato chakli is almost over. Thank you so much:bowdown. May Deepavali bring lots of happiness to you & your family.

Dear Aunty,
Diwali wishes and namaskarams to you....Every time I am in R.K.Salai, I think of sending you a FB for some recipe that I did recently.But once am home I will be totally into work.Still to settle down with the home here.So m not trying any new recipes as such.Am keeping my samayal restricted to pressure cooker meals and simple tiffins.But in that itself you help me everyday with so many varieties.So am not feeling monotonous doing the job.

Thank you so much for all the virtual help that you are doing everyday Aunty....Without this I will be really struggling with the volume of work that am handling nowadays.

Congratulations on the apps launch.I read about it in Hindu too...
