I need a weight loss partner...

    Hi Friends,

    Count me in as your buddy. Its really good motivation as we can see so many people with similar thoughts and group to encourage us. I gained so much weight only after I left my job on may. I have everything available in my house(personal gym, tredmill) but yet to start my exercise routine.
    Today I am gonna to start combined with diet. Currently my weight is 77kg. Lets see how much I can reduce. My height is 5.7

    I was not well, now feeling much better... sorry couldnt update past 3 days ...will be regular from tomorrow. Not much exercise or diet past 3days.... will slowly be back to routine from tomorrow. Happy week end to everyone :cheers .

    Hi Friends,

    My update for today:

    early mng : around 2 litres of hot water + methi seeds
    mng : whole bran bread sandwich
    mid mng: 1 orange
    lunch : 2 moong dhall dosa+ steamed veg
    evening : pistachios+ digestive biscuits
    dinner : soup + afterr 30 min milk
    water : 4.5 litres

    Exercise:

    4 mile leslie walking in the mng
    30 min elliptical trainer..

    Thanks for your reply.

    I started my day with two glass of warm water, then had oats for my breakfast.

    had usual lunch (rice) and planning to have Kellogs in the night.

    Hi Girls,

    Am back again, couldnt do much of diet or exercise last week (was not well). Unfortunately have put on half kg. :(

    Started again today,
    morning half litre warm water,
    1 mile Leslie walk
    Breakfast: Museli with skimmed milk
    Lunch: Falafel and humous sandwich (couldn't pack lunch today)
    Water intake so far: 1.5 Litres

    Plan for rest of the day: Walk: 45 mins in the evening
    Dinner: Not decided, will post tomorrow.

    Hi All,
    How are you doing? How was weekend?
    My diet and workout in weekend was great... both the days I managed to exercise for around 1 hour :)

    Today -
    6.30 am - lemon + honey in warm water
    7.45 am - ragi malt
    9:00 am - tea with biscuits
    12.30 pm - amla rice with curd
    3:00 pm - tea with biscuits
    4:30 pm - apple
    7:00 pm - oats with slim milk
    8:30 pm - Coyote squash pachadi, rasam (no rice)

    exercise -
    morning - 30 mins cardio and stretching
    evening - 15 mins walk + 30 mins zumba
