If your main aim is to loose weight, you could try VLCC. One of my friend went there and we can see visible changes.
But you need to maintain the diet.

Hi Evna try out Body and Soul gym,in qusasis its has separate gym for ladies.
Also there is a gym in megamart building forgot the name but in case u go in morning its almost vacant, though they dont have a different gym for ladies.
Another newly opened gym is in mai tower building

fitness first is good..... the closest one for you from Al Nahda would be in Safeer mall Sharjah, they are pretty good as long as you maintain a good fitness regime any of the gym should solve your purpose of reducing weight...... and for optimum results you can opt for personal gym training session from the gym instructors itself

mai tower is the building opp to Adil Trading if you have idea abt it..else the building in which you have the ETIQUETTE cafe and restaurant..when u go towards LULU

 

Hi Evna Mai Toer is teh same building where parthas clothing store is there
And yes megamart is the building opposite side of nmc
Wll most of the gyms in the area take a minimum of 3 months advance, but if you could talk to the gym manager am sure they will make exception
