    Hi All,

    Am due on feb 23rd.
    I had been for the anomaly scan yday and they said there might be a hole in d baby's heart....I cant stop thinking and crying about it..... :(
    My doc here in bangalore recommended for a fetal echo scanning which is after 2 weeks from now...
    This is my 1st pregnancy....I feel soo devastated :'(
    Hope someone here helps me out with some info n kind words :(

    Hey Alankritha I can understand what u r going through as I had also a not very good exp. at my anomaly scan,though my case is different from you.Abt hole in the heart so its not a big deal as much as I've read and heard .Most of the holes they say close with the first cry after birth ,some may take 2 yrs and very few take 10 yrs but they don't create any health problems for the babies.In very rare cases surgery is needed but u should stay positive and pray for the good health of the baby.Crying is not good for either of your health.
    I am due on 12th of Feb,you stay in touch and keep updated.I am also meeting the fetal med specialist tomorrow,will update regarding the visit...

    Really sad to know abt your anomaly scan report.Try to be positive.
    Fetal echo will let you know the heart chambers in detail.
    Pray to God.
    Worrying and inviting stress may lead to problem only.
    Trust everything will turn fine soon.

    I have my detailed scan tomorrow. Very nervous about that, and praying everything should be ok.

    I had been for my fetal echo and all izz welll :) :)
    My baby's heart is very fine with all its chambers fully formed.....It was tat it moment for me and i felt soo relieved.....Thanks god and thanks for ur kind words....

    I have this UTI(Urinary Tract Infection) now and having medicines and lot of fluids for the same....
    Another hurdle....and I somehow have this strange feeling tat I can endure this too....

    How abt you guys....how are you doing????

    Thanks for your wishes. My baby is good and very active:) I can feel the movement of my baby. do anyone feel the same? if so enjoy each and every kicks... Have a happy, safe, eco friendly and prosperous Diwali. Next year we will be celeberating with out LO:rotfl
