need help for making artificial flowers garland etc

    My sisters second son's birthday is in december we r planning to do it by ourselves please help me in ideas with methods for making paper flowers

    Last year's decorations have come out nice!

    You can just give in search words such as "birthday buntings", "birthday decorations" and so on....am sure you did find lot many tutorials from the craft blogs on the internet. Choose what's best for you.
