    Hi,

    I think it takes a lot of hardwork to loose weight. The most important thing is to keep yourself motivated which is the tougher than loosing weight itself.Motivation to excercise would come in only when you enjoy doing it. You can try workouts which you enjoy doing it and makes you going back to it time after time. Everybody's body is different and enjoy doing things differently. Pick up a routine that is convenient to you and stick to it.Finding time to excercise is again another tougher task. With lots of other work, excercise gets the least priority. Find atleast 20 min per day to excercise...there is nothing more important than one's health in this world.You can try to be active all the time. I can go on and on and I know it's easier said than done...wish you all the best!!!

    While sleeping just look towards the earth and sleep, that can be one way of reducing your tummy.

    How To Get rid Of Tummy Fats...

    Hi Ladies,
    i'm mum of two boys. My youngest is 3 years old and after giving birth to him, i did not give much importance to my health and now i'm regretting.
    I've tried many ways to reduce it..... But all turned out to be unsuccessful..! :-(
    And further more my tummy is very flabby and it's not hard....
    So ladies can you help me with my tummy please.....

    Tips to lose belly fat

    I guess most of us are suffering from belly fat like me. My height is 5' 6" and i'm currently 125lbs, which most of them is perfect for me.
    But hold on, I have a big tummy and I want to lose my tummy fat.
    Any tips on diet or exercises to lose tummy fat is greatly appreciated.

    As far as i know, Kapalabaathi praanaayam helps in reducing the tummy fat.

    Hi Parvin

    I too need help here. I am regreting too! What I heard is pushups, squating and crunches works well. But first need to talk to doctor, as it is all abdominal exercise. Help from trained person is must. I could have done this but I am not regular in exercising.

    Looking for simple solution rather than heavy exercise. Something like - Magic wand!

    hey keep one hr gap after having lunch or dinner to sleep.. regularly do tummy exercises like touching ur toe fingers with ur hands.. make ur dinnr with salads and chapathi's (except rice) drink more water.. thats it ya:2thumbsup:
