    Great Thread! I am not very regular in excercise.Wish to make it regular but find it hard with a full time job and a 2year old boy at home..So I do it whenever I get a chance. During winter, I rarely do workout. Summer I go out in a jogging trail near the apartment around 3-4 days a week. It is 3 mile trail and I started walking around the trail..and now I am able to run almost 2-2.5miles and walk the rest in 45 minues..From this winter, planning to continue at least 3 days week in a gym..

    Hi Peevee, start by posting your workouts here. Gradually you will get motivated to be in track.This thread helped me:)

    Today had a vigorous cardio of ~30minutes.
    Steep climber for 15minutes and cycling for 13minutes.
    Back extensions 2x50counts with 50lbs.
    Torso rotation 1x50count each side with 25kgs.
    Rower 4x15counts with 15kgs.

    Went jogging yesterday (17/09) did 4 km in 45 km.

    I took a 2 days break mostly because of the morning rains here;its a feeble excuse anyways,mending my ways did a 25 minute Sybel yoga for sports and fitness this evening.
    btw,my day before yesterday`s break was a genuine one as my whole body as aching badly after a good yoga for 45 minutes.

    I started walk at 5.55am and got back home at 6.50am.A good brisk walk for 55 minutes this morning.

    Did a great yoga routine from essential yoga starting with beginner`s yoga,then sun salutations -6/7 times,hatha yoga -supine asanas,sitting,standing etc for about 45 minutes.

    X-train reverse on elliptical for 15minutes.
    Ab crunches with heads on hand 1x50
    Leg raise on inclinde bench 5x10
    Cycle crunches 1x50
    Oblique crunches 1x50
    Ab crunches with small ball 1x50
    Stepper 15minutes.(was fun with slow speed high resistance for 45secs and high speed low resistance for next 45 and so on)
    All in all I enjoyed yesterday's workout:)

    I did a 30 minutes yoga routine with p90x session.A good one and for 10 minutes i did relaxation and pranayam.

    I walked for a good 50 minutes this morning;nice and bright with good sunlight.

    Did cycle for cardio.
    Bicep curls-25counts
    Tricep kickbacks-15each hand.
    Pushups -30counts
    Repeated this four times. Then did 2x25counts tricep extensions and 3x10 of tricep pushups.
