    Hi SL
    She is 3.5 year old ...my little angel :)
    After her birth my weight was 64k and now its 71.. :bonk

    :cry:And at the time of marriage my weight was 58k. I feel so odd :drowning
    All my clothes are just stack in cupboard ,, :thumbsdown

    From tomorrow i am starting having fengreek seeds early in the morning [soak in water for whole night]
    I heard that it is so effective,,,

    Dear PMT,
    have a good well balanced meal. make dinner yourlightest meal have protiens in your doet and eat fruits as well. it will help you. do not starve yourself eat everything but in small quantity.
    Also start brisk walking everyday

    Dear ALPA and Siliencelover,

    thanks and i go to sleep in afternoon because i didnt sleep the whole yesterday night and just 3 hrs sleep was not sufficient for me. I will certainly include fruits in my diet.

    Today's diet

    1) Oats with milk and no sugar and banana - 8:30
    2) 1 cup rice, spinach, curd-12:00
    3) 1-3 slept off
    3) I had a scoop of choclate icecream in the noon-5:30
    4) 1/2 cup of rice and curd as i went out for shopping and didnt had time to prepare anything
    Now at office, and will have cup of tea in another one hpur to make me awake till tmrw morning...

    Yesterday's menu
    moprning 6:30 :coffee with 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    breakfast : 3 small dosa
    lunch : 1 cup of rise and potato and cabbage curry
    evening 4:30 :coffee with 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    snack : little upma ( 1/2 cup)
    dinner : 2 rotis with subji

    Workout : exercise in gym for 30 mins ( 10 mins cardio + 15 mins weights + strectches)

    Can i join too? just now i have seen this thread, i am planning to start my diet as my weight exactly is 68 kgs and i want to reduce 10 kgs.
    So from tomorrow i will give my updates.

    I am in too.. I am 65 Kg and 160 cm. I was 59 till last year. Bcos of sudden long travels for office, i ate a lot and put on 6 kgs in no time. After that, i could n't reduce. Not able to go to gym bcos my days starts at 5 AM and goes till 8.00 PM for office, house hold chores :( not sure what to do

    But i am trying to control/maintain using below diet.. please check whether any changes are needs

    5.30 AM - coffee
    8.00 AM - Kellogs K + 1 Apple + milk
    10.30 AM - Tender cocunet or any fruit like orange/watermelon or vegetable like beans, beetroot,carrot ( cooked with very less oil)
    12.15 PM - Lunch ( Rice or 2 chapathis with sambar or some gravy)
    4.00 PM - Coffee or Tea with less sugar or some dhal for protein
    7.00 PM - Tme i reach home. 2 or 3 dates or sometimes little junkie like chips or sweet ( not daily)
    8.00 PM - Dinner ( 2 chapathis or 1 small dosai + little cup of curd rice. I can't skip curd rice :(

    Please let me know any change needs to be done

    I wanna come back to my 59. Need to tone my hip part as i put on weight majorly in that place :(

    For now, my sis is my inspiration. She walked daily for 6 kms and has reduced 3 kgs in 1 month. I wanna walk atleast 4 kms when coming back to home from office. Thats my plan. Will update you all with my results.

    You know because of overwight i am unable to wear saree as i feel i will look more fat in it.
    My inlaws... sometimes get angry for it ,, :(

    Dear anjana,
    have warm water when you wake up. for breakfast have oats and then have your indian breakfast, have cereals on alternate days, your diet is ok when you reach home have a banana it will give you energy and help you curb your hunger dinner should be your lightestmeal have 2 chappatis, yes and walking 4km is very good wear good trainers so your feet and knees do not get damamged. Drink at least 2 litres of hot water through out the day.
