This is kavita from Mumbai, I have a suggestion will be help you from hair loss.
Take Camphor and the oil that you use, heat both and once it is melted then apply it on your hair this will surely reduce your hair loss. And it is true use it and keep me posted on the same.

I shifted to Bangalore form delhi during May 2005. My hair is curly and short . but after coming here the hair loss is too much . sometimes i feel there mya be a baldness on the forehead. i went to skin specialialist but it was not of much help. lot of hair falls at the foolor of the home and my M-I-L makes sarcatic remarks.i am 42 years old and please advise some home remedies for prevention of hair loss . i shall b egrateful if the reply is posted to my e-mail-id-"shanthi_ramnath@yahoo.com

 

hairfall because of internal body heat

Hi,

My problem is that i am suffering from hair fall, my hairs are getting thin and white day by day. I consulted one ayurvedic doc while i was in India, he told me m having hair fall coz of internal body heat.
Could anybody throw some more light on this (what is internal body heat ,how to avoid it). I will be really thankful.

Hi,

There is nothing like body heat which kills hair. It could be an indication of female pattern thinning or hairfall just as men have. Suggest that you should meet a trichologist and have a consultation to findout the exact cause. It cud be a simple normal hair loss or even indication of depletion in health or impact of male hormones.

Think this could be a normal hair loss which should come back after some time. Just ignore this for the moment and keep cool. Did you have any brief illness or high stresss level for any reason?

even im facing the same issue...try changing you shampoo,, as most of the places have hard water .. its nothing to do with you food.. try good hair oil once a week .u get small sample bottles try those instead of big ones.

iv lost almost 3/4 of my hair ,,but nw its getting standard

Hello both of you,
hair loss after coming to USA is experienced by most of the people including me..But,what i did was,i just used plain coconut oil and baby shampoo which will be mild for hair...it came back to normal condition and now my problem was lessened..you can also try that..and once a week you can use fenugreek(methi pack) for your hair which stops hair loss...
