    Hi Pooja & Bambli,

    I had my c-sec (2nd baby) on Aug 7th. Compared to my 1st c-sec my tummy reduced more. 1st del time, evn aftr 1 mnth my tummy looked like 6,7 mnths. This time my doc told me to walk more... I started walking nxt day aftr my c-sec. Walk a loooot at hme... it wil help to reduce our tummy. Drink plenty of water. (Dont thnk if u drink more watr tummy wil be big... itz not rght). Aftr 2,3 mnths ur tummy also should be flat. Dont try to do any excercise before 1 mnth (if possible aftr 45 days). Breething excercise is also helps to reduce d tummy. That v can do at any time.

    Congrats to all new moms... Wishing u a very nice time wth ur LOs...

    Hi to all... Take care.

    Hi All,delivered my baby boy thro emergency c section after 24 hrs of labor on aug 26

    I agree with Bambli and pooja.my tummy looks as if i have not delivered yet.walking,deep breathing,drinking lots oof water,massaging tummy are the tips given for me.Iam scared to massage.we can try to tie around the belt after 6 weeks.dont take any risk before 6 weeks

    I have become active at home.I have heard that there are lots of restrictions for c section moms like beding,heavy lifting.I dont follow all this.Iam worried too

    what about the milk supply for c section moms?

    I too do not follow all the restriction however I use the abdominal binder (belt). I don't know its because of the belt or something else, but I see that my tummy has reduced a bit. My doctor asked me to use the belt as soon as I was discharged from the hospital. As for milk, the milk supply was not that good for me for the first 2 days but now it is OK. I mean, my DD seems satisfied.

    Hey girls!
    Dont worry abt weight loss.. it will happen automatically once breast feeding is established . within 1-1.5 months u wil be able to reduce atleast 10 kgs even with high nutritious diet. My mom gives me food prepared in only ghee and dry cocunut and jaggery/sugar sweets every other day and still i have lost 10 kgs. :bowdown

    Hi Minnuz;
    Very cute baby!!
