How to remove stains on dresses

    Hi friends
    Iam new to this forum , i need advice- we went for a 4day tour and came last night and today morning i washed clothes in washing machine. Their my son had a choclate ice cream and it melted so i used my hand kerchief, i forget that and washed in washing machine so that may be the reason all new dresses and all white coloured dresses got that colour
    Now all of them looked like waste clothes most of them are new and bit expensive so iam concerned pl ladies do anyone have any idea or tip to wash them pl reply me

    I would try soaking a test item in hot water and oxy powder made into a solution (use a bucket). Let it sit for half a day and see how it looks. I have had excellent success doing this on many cleaning and laundering problems.

    Here the common brand is OxyClean. Now the basic oxy powder is sometimes added to detergents but you can get it straight also which is what I buy. BTW, its also good to get rid of smells in laundry. I just googled and the Koreans are selling an OxyClean in Singapore.

    In boiling hotwater, add ALA. Soak 4 just 5 minutes. Wash with hands.use ala only 4 white clothes.:thumbsup

    ALA is chlorine based bleach for white clothes.

    Note to anyone using chlorine bleach: it will degrade any fabric it is used on so the life of your garment is always diminished. If you are using for odor removal, soaking in oxy works much better and no fabric degradation.
