    Hi ,

    I am also watching the program. I want to share Aroma oil preparation said on one of the episodes.

    1. thavanam , marikolundhu - each one cup
    2.Sambhangi - 1 cup
    3.Lotus - petals - 1 cup
    4.Rose petals , Stalk of the flower - 1 cup
    5. Shenbagam - 1 cup
    6. Arali - 1 cup
    7. coconut oil - 200 ml

    The flowers can be purchased freshly from flower market at a stretch .
    First , heat the oil and add each cup of flowers one by one and switch off the stove after sometime. Leave the heated mixture for two days and filter the extract.

    This oil helps in hair growth and gives a good aroma to hair itseems. Even we can use this for taking body wash . If we get outside , it is very costlier . I have not tried this aroma oil but just sharing this preparation as said by her. :)
