Dear Chithra Ma'm, Today for Aadi 18 made Coconut Rice, Puliyodarai & Aviyal. All of them turned out as usual - perfect:thumbsup. For the past 2 times I want to try the Pulikachal recipe given in pickles thread but somehow remember it only when I'm half way thru the other recipe. Aviyal turned out creamy & thick & I got the concept of adding 'enough coconut paste' right. Thanks for a enjoyable lunch. Love, Damini.
