    Hii friends,

    I am Sirisha 4m channai and Im new 2 this site.
    My friend suggested me this site for discussions and dout clarifications.

    My dout is that .. in my class my friend and her brother r there and they went tirupati recently. swapna (my friend) just cutted some hair but deepak shaved his head fully.
    Can any one tell only gents will do headshave and ladies wont ??
    can girls also do their headshave ??

    Hi,

    For girls hair is a definite asset whether it's long or short. In the tradition, generally girls getting headshave is biggest sacrifice which is done only on extreme conditions. Hence it's not generally done. However, for boys the hair is already short and it's a common norm in society to accept men with headshave.
