Very Nice one.. I was laughing all through out. But its so very true too. Guess I am an Ant too. But it correctly tells the tail of how we are killing our own talent anf forcing them to opt out.

Vidya's comments made me laugh out loud too. So true.. Cycle tube analogy is hilarious..

    Nice one
    Ria

Very well said. We call ourselves a secular country and we are the ones who promote social discrimination. There should be no reservations based on caste or community. Reservations should be based purely only on economic status (i.e. Help the poor people to come to the forefront irrespective of which community, majority or minority, etc). Anything else is just a farce for votes. I dont' know when we will have leaders of that calibre who have the guts to bring in a revolution of that sort. :spin

We cannot blame only the politicians, after all sometimes they only feed to the people what they want to be fed. Overall, a lot of rework on the thought process of our people is required to bring about this change.
