    hi girls,

    was a little busy yesterday. but still did 1.5 miles to keep my feet moving.and one of my friends said i look fit then before..but i don't feel so..

    this morning got up to being lazy..but DD wanted to do jillian..seeing her, i laced up and did 3 miles.. let me see how the day goes from here..

    so i wrapped up last week with 42miles.

    thanks for all the motivation. have a lot to do.. will catch up soon..

    Hey girls, I want to join you all hope you won't mind :). Today I started with 5miles watching and want to shed 10kgs. It was raining outside so I did the Walk at the home thing at home :)

    Hey Geeta,
    Weekend was good. Saturday, we went to a water park and had good fun.Took lunch from home but had some ice cream in the park to beat the heat (half heartedly). Dinner was at a friend's place and dessert was again desi icecream. sugar content was so high. I tried to avoid but found difficult to convince the friend and gave up in few minutes.Next time, will keep good reasons to avoid such surprise. Sunday,food intake was under control and ate dahlia and quinoa.

    hey buddies,

    how are you. weekend was as usual. with the kids going to e.curricular classes, and me taking it slow on the cooking..

    i still walked 1 mile yesterday.. i tried making it a habit..and now slowly getting into the groove.

    today i walked 3 fast burning int he morning and 4 in the evening..did not exert more, because my body was not co-operating..and i stopped and did not get tempted.
    i think i lost a .5 to 1 kg..will know the exact thing when i visit the doc next week. but the best news fro me is i have got into a very healthy 0.81 waist -hip ratio from a previous >1. being post menopausal and in the 40 range i am allowed around .82+. so this is achievement in itself.

    so in total did 7 miles.

    GD, how are you. just wanted to ask, dd does jm. only level 1.. i told her to take it slow. this morning she felt herself stiff and this evening she did it again quoting me that i walk inspite of stiffness, to bring in movement (ofcourse my problem is different) so what do you say is it ok doing jm everyday.
