    Shanvy- Yes my friend lost 3 kgs in 4 days
    Geetadmale- absolutley. Not a fad diet. I do not want some fat out in x days and then put it back on. I completely agree.
    My diet was unhealthy so I am consciously making a healthy eating choice too.
    Its just a diet change along with LS. We are including blending as part of the diet and keeping it on
    But this feels great. I am feeling light,energetic and wonderful.The exercise is also making me feel like I am 16 ..haha...I am more active and happy that things are working

    Today I did 7 miles (3 in TM + 4 with les's fastmiles). Can't do much miles this week due to calf muscle strain. But did strength training 30 to 45 mts on those resting days:).

    Zingy... I only followed Strength training from the website did n't follow the diet. Shanvy thanks for the article.


    Planning to go Paris for a wk in Aug. So my attention is totally diverted to that..:) and doing lot of leg work reg the trip. Any tips buddies?

    Geeta16, good luck for your Paris trip. It is a beautiful place. I visited back in 2001. Eiffel tower is a must-see. We also had been to Euro disney and some other places i dont remember now.
