    I really love this chili- I am on a black bean kick right now! :)

    Vegetarian Black Bean Chili

    1/3 cup oil
    2 onions, chopped
    1 1/2 tablespoons cumin seed
    1 1/2 tablespoons oregano
    3 teaspoons sweet paprika
    3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    3 cans tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    2 jalapeno peppers, peeled and minced
    3 cups dried black beans
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
    2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 cup sour cream
