Hello Chitra Mam, I recently went to donate blood but they checked my iron level and found that I am anemic with very low iron (nothing alarming). I am actually anemic since childhood. But, I really want to donate blood, other than that I have no problem with stamina, tiredness or anything. Can you please suggest some recipes rich in iron - breakfast, smoothie, lunch, dinner, shakes, anything, please? Thanks in advance.

panch phorenis a mixture of ¼ tsp each of mustard seeds, jeera, methi seeds, onion seeds (kalonji) & 1/8 tsp of saunf. You can use plain jeera.
