    Dear C,

Today's breakfast is Lapsi Uppuma (loaded it with good amount of veggies, poor M :hide:) and Groundnut chutney. Lunch is Phulka, Small Onion Sambhar and Potato Fry. Have made Peshawari Chole fro dinner. I feel this Small onion sambhar and Potato fry in the best combination. Nothing can match this, just like curd rice and Mango pickle :thumbsup

    Hi Chiths

Today made Mixed Veg saadam with vendakkai curry...It came out really well and used the bedagi chillies instead of the red chillies so that it gave a nice red colour and also suited for children....Yday made Aloo-paneer paratha with beetroot raitha....raitha was very crunchy wiht the peanuts....Adding paneer to the paratha made it very tasty and also made it easy to roll it....A couple of days back made Caramel payasam and easy veg pulav as well....All items were tasty and yum yum yum !!!

    Dear CM,

This is the 4th time i am making icecream using your recipe (both vanilla and choclate), each time it comes out nicely and i enjoy beating it after freezing as and when u beat it becomes soft fluffy and doubles.

I have forgotten my earlier recipe (which used to flop once a while meaning it never used to double up ,although i used GMS, CMC, milk pwd etc) and i use your recipe now that too using toned milk

    thanks to you,

    regards

    sundari bhaskar

    How are you Chitra mam?
I have tried the doughnuts from the recipe shared by you and my daughters liked them very much. They came nice soft and fluffy as I got fresh yeast. I am going to try the wheat and oats bread now.
I tried the mango icecream and was very soft and tasty.
then the parathas too are liked by my DDs and nice for lucnh box.
Thanks mam for sharing these mouth licking recipes with us with nice tips.
Mam have you bought the bread maker..............what is the model and make and is it from the ebay?
I too would like to buy one if it is resonably priced.
    Regards,

    Thanks, SB.
Whisk, wisk & whisk - voila, a light, delicios, fluffy ice cream is ready!!
Now a days I too stock vanilla & choc ice creams.
Yes, toned milk is good enough. I find that Arogya double tomned (diet) milk gives very nice curds, but I am scared to try it for ice creams.

The ice cream looks fabulous, Mathu :thumbsup
You can regularly stock it for the boys instead of buying at exhorbitant rates. But 2-3 Herscheys sauces & give them a variety!!
If you buy gloucose, buy 4,5 cartons & stock.
