    Thanks a lot alpa, for ur inputs. will take care in my diet.

    But do u think any changes to be made in my exercise, bcoz i m planning to continue it till monday then will change my exercise routine. Is cycling good for weight loss or it is jut for getting relax.

    cycling is good for weight loss you loose weight on your lower body, change your exercise routine but everyday when in the gym do warm up fr 15 mins of either treadmill or cycling you can alternate it, like one day treadmill one day cycling.

    Don't worry. you can begin once the personal affairs are sorted out.you will get back the momentum.relax your mind well.

    I am thinking of alternating between JM and other exercises.

    I will do as per your advice whenever I feel acidic. It was only one day so far. But I have started eating something in the morning no matter how I feel.

    i have got the inspiration from ur thread "how to kick start your weight loss mission" and also received from you, Alpa, Chinni and geetadamle and also someone else whom if i missed.

    I have lost 1 kg in just four days even though i dint exercise one day. :rotfl

    Currently my weight is 70kg.

    Yesterday as soon as i reached gym i was feeling hungry as i was not having fruits i had to eat Vada pau and chapta chana [​IMG] to suppress my hunger. If i had not ate it i would not have been able to do the gym as well no fruits were available nearby

    Thanks Alpa for ur inputs, Chapta chana is made from chick pea, first they are boiled then they are pressed and then they are kept in sun for drying them and then they are roasted.
