    welcome here.can you go out and start walking? since you cannot join the gym or have a treadmill, yo uare welcome to join here, go out and walk and walk for 30mins, start with 15mins then gradually add more minutes and walk.
    Post your daily diet plan here so we can help you, but you have to exercise.
