    Yes, a meeting would be great.

    Like Laxmi I am at Mogappair too.

    Maybe, we can come up with a list of names of persons and places (Ambattur, Mogappair, Anna Nagar, Villivakkam, etc) in case it has not been already made.

    At present, my son's final exams are going on, so am busy with that.

    Hi All,
    I also stay at Perambur..Since some of u here have mentioned that u have bought a new house around permbur/villivakkam area I thought of posting it in this thread hoping to get som little help atleast...

    I have been badly searching to buy an individual house in Perambur/villivakkam & Kodungaiyur area..I have been hunting for long time & dont find one which suits our expectation(budget/sq ft area and locality).If any of u is aware just PM me.Our budget is 40 to 45 lacs for a plot area of 1000 - 1500 sq ft with an small old house..We are bothered about the house but need a land in these areas..So the building could be unfurnished & even smaller one.

    P.S.: Land alone costs too much compared to a old building/house.Thats why looking for a house instead of vacant land.
